Saugerties Lions Club Foundation Inc. The Saugerties Lions Club Foundation Inc. was formed in October of 2008 as a non- profit, tax exempt corporation as described in Section 501 c (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Cash contributions to the Foundation are Tax Deductible, as allowed under the Internal Revenue Service code. The Saugerties Lions Club created the Foundation to better serve our local community by allowing Cash donations to our club to be tax deductible. All donations will be used to support Lions activities in our local community only. Those activities are identified on the About our Club Web Page.
